Is this an update over an existing installation? WIN7?

Did you try to stop the service either via Windows (manage computer, services. ) or via the EWA admin tool?

It was a new installation. win7 system.

and I cannot found these kind of service in the windows task control.

It seems everything is fine. But cannot start the first step.

I’ve never used this script on a WIN7 PC, only installed EWA a few times on a WIN7 PC. Someone claimed this script does not work on a WIN7 computer, has the script perhaps been fixed for W7 (or has it always been fine)?

Anyway, if he had issues at the first attempt, clean-up might not help if he follows the same installation approach. Usually for W7 the problem is administrative rights (mentioned above) and I guess UAC.

Не устанавливайте программу в операционную систему с Java новее 1.6. Могут быть глюки. Перед установкой отключите на всякий случай антивирусник и файервол.

На первом диске в папке EWA запустите установочный файл Setup.exe. Откроется окошко с выбором языка.

Выберете Русский или любой другой. Следом появится предложение указать место, где будет прописан каталог.

Можно оставить по умолчанию. Следующие окно Менеджер установки. Можно поставить галочку «Отобразить подробный вывод». Нажмите Далее. Начнется процесс, состоящий из 18 этапов.

Запуск приложения. В случае удачной установки в меню Пуск-Программы появятся 5 приложений

а в Explorer Избранное папка EWA

Настройка EWA NET

Запускаем EWA Net. В окне авторизации вводим логин admin пароль admin (маленькие буквы). В аварийном случае admin start. Кнопки OK почему то нет. Давим Enter. Сразу же меняем пароль (любой)

Переходим в настройки сервера. Внимание кнопки браузера Вперед-Назад здесь не работают.

Редактировать настройки сервера

Снимаем галочки с пунктов:

Жмем Сохранить. Появляется сообщение о перезапуске сервера для вступления изменений в силу. Подтверждаем.

Теперь самый важный этап. Обработать санкционирование доступа. Нужно добыть StartKey для вашего значения Текущий MAC-адрес (LAN-ID) и ввести его в поля StartKey. Для EPC и EWA они разные. Жмем сохранить. После удачной активации Mercedes EWA окно приобретет такой вид:

В случае, если ключ не подошел, ничего не произойдет. Никаких предупреждающих надписей не будет.

Скачать EWA Keygen Net можно на мерсовских форумах. Также он идет и в раздачах с дисками, но не всегда. Можно запросить StartKey, указав ваш MAC-адрес (LAN-ID) у добрых людей там же, на профильных форумах.

Для работы DataCart WIS EPC нужно сделать следующий финт ушами. Открыть Группу. Выбрать группу. Жмакнуть по ней мышкой. Откроется окно Редактировать группу.

Нужно поставить галочку «Ограничение санкционированного доступа». Перейти по надписи рядом с переключателем. Откроется окно «Активировать/Деактивироать свойства». Снять галочку с пункта «Карта данных заблокирована» Нажать кнопку «Актуализировать» Не забыть сохранить изменения.

Строки состояния загрузки будут менять красный цвет на зеленый. В случае неудачи не все.

После удачной загрузки дисков окно приобретет такой вид:

Горит зеленый свет. Прописана дата обновлений. Можно запускать EPC и работать.

Open EWA Admin tool as administrator and see any error

What version and windows your are using

The best and fastest way is to reinstall EWA again

I suffered from the same problem.
OS is Windows10pro64bit
I did a clean install, moved Windows10 back to the previous build, and installed EWA from WIS201903.
Windows update changed to manual
It works for now.
Windows Defender may be better killed
